Can't make myself hate it; but I can't really like it at the same time.

#3, A friend of mine has one, it's a yellowish/lime green factory color. He imported a suspension from Japan whatever that's worth, and shaved the badges. He left it running and stepped out to talk to someone so I jumped over into the driver's seat and drove off for a little bit. I didn't do anything stupid in it though, I couldn't afford to replace it.

It's not bad, but I'd never buy one.

#8, Ah, I remember reading somewhere it was vice versa. Maybe it was a specific year I'm thinking of that more SS' were made.

Chevrolet B-Body production (including Impala SS)
1995: 80,737
1996: 69,581

Impala production:
1995: 9,858 black; 7,134 dark cherry; 4,442 green = 21,434 total
1996: 19,085 black; 12,180 dark cherry; 10,676 green = 41,941 total

Subtract Impalas from total number =
1995 Caprice production: 59,303
1996 Caprice production: 27,640

Therefore, in 1996, more Impala SSs were sold than Caprices.
