that shift boot is a lower one out of a 240, its only there till i can get a resto kit that has both boots and trim piece

#2, while i don't know how it performs vs. other stangs, its a hell of a lot better then with the AOD

#3, Manuals are more fun most of the time. Every once in a while, I wish I had an automatic with a manual valve-body, though.

High-stall convertor+proper cooling, I suppose. :-P But yeah.
