#18, From what I've been reading so far, they came with the Trans Am 200 horse 400 unless you lived in California, in which case it had the Olds 403 rated at a bit less.

#25, thansk man. I really like them. I would even take one in turqiouse. I also got a chance to drive a 3 spd '61 Catalina convertible on ther night of my birthday. Very fun. The car market near my dad's house, Lawrence KS, is alrighty. No real great for cheap, unless you mean $6000 or under. :-(

I actually have a cheapo model of one of these. Bought it a couple of years back along with a mid 70s Monte Carlo. (I've since lost the Monte Carlo though) It's a lindberg snap-together model slighty smaller than 1:24th scale.
