I'm not sure it's even that tight a fit; the Z24 Cavaliers from this bodystyle were available with a 3.1L V6 for a while there. |

Dunno about their external dimensions; the supercharger only makes the package longer, due to the nosedrive, otherwise it just sits in the valley that would be there anyway. |

and the 3.1L APPEARS (as in dont quote me) to be a bit larger, externally, than the 3.8... considerin there was no room in my wifes engine compartment (Lumina) and yet my Regency has enough room to get at the rear plugs and the noses are about the same length. I wanna find out where this guy found a supercharger... wouldnt mind one for mine.... |

the 3.1 is a 60 degree v6 and the 3.8 is a 90 degree v6... so i kinda think the 3.8 would be a bit larger |

#7 you would think that, but like I said.. the 3.1 seems a bit larger... and believe it or not, it seems to be all in width. Ive worked on em both.. the 3.8 looks really small. |
