Description:
I decided to put together several cars that I feel represent the "golden age" of large American cars, that is 1949-1977. |

#2, I couldn't include everything...I was going to squeeze a '59 Impala in there, but it's similar in many ways to the '59 Cadillac, which is definitely more boatish. I could have included many more, but I ran out of room. |

#8, I could've given or taken the ending year...1976 was the last year for GMs really big cars, and 1978 was the last of Ford's. But I went with Chrysler's last...1977...because I happened to have a really good pic of a '77 New Yorker. |
