#1, Good call, that's British cammo alright, and I've seen that launcher before, but the name isn't coming to me.

Whatever it is, that's a kenetic-energy anti-tank round..... basicaly, they're big steel darts that are meant to punch holes in tank armor, and then disintigrate and blow shrapenel around inside the tank to kill the crew.
That's as opposed to a HEET round, that basicaly sticks in the side of the tank, and then uses a shaped-charge to empty a load of molten steel into the insides
Either way, it isn't pleasant to go out like that.......

Anyway I think those are called stingers or something, im not sure though.
