Appears to be a Jensen...but shrunken... looks too bloated to be British actually. I am really stumped on this one.

Hmm, using photoshop, a little zoom in on the back tail light, I see a model year ok. Now, zooming in on the badge in the hood, it says GTS. I got it!
It is a 1959 Whogivesashit!

J/K. Actually, I'm betting it is a Ford also just by the hubcaps. They look like ford hubcaps. Since this looks like an old fashion car show, I am figuring the owner wanted to keep stuff original.

Damn, I've never seen one of these before. It's like a Ferrari 250 with a bobbed-off back end, sawed-off Jaguar XJS doors, and a '68 Dodge Coronet grille.

Made in several variants from 1963-1970, powered by a few different Triumph engines.

This one is the last variant produced, the 2-Litre GT convertible, made from 1968-1970. 1998cc Triumph I6, 95 horsepower, capable of over 100 mph. 4,389 Equipes of all variants were produced, 841 were of this type.
