Nah, its just the angle of the shot, look at the cockpit, you can see the guy, and look at the lugnuts on the wheels.

they make "drivers" for r/c cars as well as lug nuts. it just looks funny i guess. that low to the ground and off road? it looks like it should be running a road race.
