i was keeping my civic stock throughout the game, until i learned that you can get more points (or something?) for having it more riced out.

#1, Yeah, the more stars you have the higher your rep point multiplier is.
BTW, this is NOT FUCKING COOL...I'm personally gonna try and get SRS, just to be chased by cops and of course, to bet girls >_>

#3, Hmm, then it's definitely changed since the previews i saw before...still sounds shweet though, i'm gonna try to get it, Burnout 3, and GTA San Andreas for Christmas...or SRS now if my friend buys my go-kart for $40 o_o
