I think low-level Eclipse RS and GSs made 150 hp stock. More than likely he's referring to a wheel horsepower figure, but that still only comes out to about 184 hp at the flywheel. Not much to brag about.

#43, The RS is 140, The GS is 160, and the GS-T and GSX have 210.
