I wonder if this is enough evidence that I'm not completely mentally stable...

It's impressive that you managed to pull that off with Paint.

<3 judicious use of cut and paste.

Seriously, I like MSPaint due to the simplicity. You can jump right into the program and rely on perspective and scratch-building to make the picture look right.

#3, Yeah, I'm impressed too... if I'm patient and put some thoughtful work into it, I can do pretty well with primitive image editing tools.

#5, I've also been getting some practice with MSPaint, "modifying" some of the *ahem* pictures I've downloaded...

...you know, sometimes erotic fanart doesn't have big enough breasts.... and I've been remedying that problem with quite a few of the pictures... I'm pleased with the results.

#7, Eh, maybe I'll upload some samples to Ricecop photo and post 'em in 20900... but I'm currently downloading a huge file right now, so my connection is über-slow right now.

In the meantime, I'll just say that the most difficult part of this was turning that door guard that wraps around the "shoulder" of the car into a hockey-stick (almost had to do it pixel by pixel). If there's one thing I wish MSPaint had, it would be the ability to rotate objects with more freedom than just 90, 180, or 270 degrees.

#10, i used to do a lot of pictures in paint, pixel by pixel, it would take me like 4-5 hours but the result would be great...and i agree with you about the rotation, you need more choices...now i use photoshop 7 and paintshop pro

If DiRF had been alive in 1975, he could've made a killing in auto design :D

#15, In all honesty, probably. When I first entered college (fall, 2001) I wanted to become a car designer... but I can only sketch/draw well, and edit photos on a computer well... I can't paint, I can't sculpt, or anything else that's required for an arts major to do. That's what got me in trouble at Penn State.

So, long story short...all my aspirations to become a car designer have been dashed, and I have to start over from scratch and figure out what the fuck I'm gonna do with my life.

#16, Aye aye, me too. PSP blows IMO, but I love Photoshop. I'm gonna be taking computer graphics classes in the spring quarter at my college, just in case anybody cares.
