I thought it might be a civic with 'teg lights ... but early tegs look an awfully alot like some civics - at least the bodyshape

#6, I think he is refering to the group Outkast. The flamboyant colors look like something Andre 3000 (one of the guys in Outkast) would wear.

Is the car next to it red or is that part of the wing painted to mismatch the wonderfully pink theme it had going?
