#1, Eh, I don't think it's as bad as the 4-door Thunderbirds from the late '70s. The Cougar name was never established as well as the Thunderbird name.

I don't mind this, being a wagon nut.

#2, Dirf, you sure you arent thinking of the LTD II? As far as I can remember, no 4 door T-Bird ever existed in the late 70's. Prior to 77-79 there were some, mainly in the late 60's early 70's.

The Cougar Villager was the wagon back in '77. It was a one year model.

#3, WHOOPS... I wasn't meaning LTD II, but I was meaning Late '60s not late '70s.

I was thinking '60s, but I typed '70s. Sorry for the typo.

#4, Those T-birds had the suicide doors though, that makes them 10Xcooler:)

I'd sport a 4 door Thunderbird. They're sort of like Mustang IIs: They were really cool cars, they just should have been sold under a different name.
