Description:
Put my real name (first and last) in Google Image Search, and it brought up this. I'm not surprised though, as I'm well aware that a man with the same name as me back in the 1800s was a master gunmaker. |

The Gun is a Dan Lefever Shotgun,
Looks like about a 12 gauge
Could probably be bought for about $900.00

I have an Acme shotgun from around 1880-1890 similar to this, except it has big ass hammers on it (yes, a single-action shotgun). My grandfather, who was an artisan, found it in his attic in the early '30s in the stocks rotted off of it, and carved new ones depicting my family coat of arms, an Indian head, etc. It's very impressive. |
