I'll take the left one: cheap as shit, light as a feather, and with 45hp 903cc engine (that can be built to somewhere near 80hp without much problems) and optional AWD this thing would rule club rallies!

#4, They sure do. Their bigger cars and not that good, but microcars... The best in the world IMO. Cheap, light, simple. What more could you want? Plus, EVERY Fiat microcar leaves a mark in rallying. For example, right now Cinquecentos and Seicentos with the 1100cc 55hp engine are modern Mini Coopers in Eurpoe. I think everyone begins their career with them... They can be build up to 110-120hp and weight around 700kg... Did I mention they are cheap? ;)
