The guy who posted the pics said this was the Super Street pre-party somewhere in Texas. He didn't give much details about the cars.

It's just bugs me considering I drive through that city all the time.

#5, then It's probably real. If I had installed police-esque lights on my 2000 dark blue impala, I could have been charge with impersonating a police officer. Putting real looking police graphics is definately that crime on a non-department car. Stupid Ottawa and their 60% undercover fleet. I have seen every car, excpet a civic.
