#3, rob it for the turbo? I may not even get this car. I just need something that is driveable while my truck is covered in the garage for winter.

Is it a 1.8? If it is, no point in turboing that, you'd be up to, what? 130 hp?

#9, eh, it is starting to rsut, and I don't want it to get worse over the winter. I want my truck to be in good condition. The paint is chipped in the dings and it is starting to rust.
