I admire the work that went into it, but this sort of thing is absolutely not what I would do with a Fox-body. If I insisted on putting one of the modular powerplants into one, I'd actually go for the less powerful aluminum-block DOHC engines in an effort to keep the weight distribution under control. Putting the big, supercharged, cast-iron engine in there isn't something I'd want, especially if it requires such a big cowl.
I also think it'd be pretty interesting to put the Cobra IRS and the aforementioned NA Cobra/Mach engine in a Fox-body, convert the front to use the newer 5-lug spindles and brakes, and brace the hell out of the chassis. Then again, I have some weird road racing/open track obsession. |

Put in several layers of bricks in the trunk and I'd buy it. |

#5, Or that; I'm not sure how the total weight compares between a 5.0 and the aluminum-block DOHC engines. On the other hand, there are aluminum Windsor blocks available. Mmmm. Either way, it'd be fun to have somewhere between 3-400 bhp in a relatively lightweight car with good handling characteristics.
edit: and before anyone points it out, many 5.0s had iron blocks and iron heads.

#1, shit thats a small cowl hood these days
also I might know someone who is doing something like that, he already has a 96-98 cobra engine in a fox, big brakes, and last time I talked to him he was thinking about doing a custom built IRS for a class project.
