You sure that's a Sunbird? It's definitely a Pontiac, but it looks more like a Fiero to me...

I think it is too, its to small to be a sunbird.

That looks like a fiero, because of its size and the wheels. LOL

Meh, you never know, it could be a drunken joyride mobile. Drive it out to the woods, get drunk, tip it over by hand...I know some people that did that with an old Geo Metro.

I think the front is to the left, and Fieros were mid engined weren't they?

fiero's are mid engine, yes. but I don't specialize in undercairrages, so I couldn't tell you which end was the front. It could be a mid-engine Fiero, or a front wheel drive sunbird.

yes, that's what i was trying to say, I think it's a Fiero. Besides, I've never heard of a car with the engine behind the front axle...

Dodge Copperhead. Had the front axle so far out in front that the front-mounted engine was entirely behind it. Some would classify it as mid-engined because of that.
(Dodge Copperhead was just a concept car from the mid-90s.)

Oh, now I have ;) But I'm not one of those that would consider it a mid-engine.

"Good tires," Joel mused as he stood casually on the overturned remains of his Pontiac Sunbird. "But certainly not great tires."
