Yeah, that's on a military base somewhere. Looks like Ft. Jackson, South Carolina, but it probably isn't. I'm just trying to figure out how this happened...it was obviously at fairly low speed.

this photo is from FORT LEWIS WASHINGTON and they been cruzing new IMPALA cop cruzers for 6 months now...... this is a great photo I love it wont more of it!!
