Description:
Australian-market Ford Taurus. Due to the government requirements for headlights, Ford could not use the normal American-market headlights, but had to use the Mercury Sable's.
The rear facia is unchanged. |

kinda quirky. I dunno. I think most non American versions of American cars and trucks look kinda cool. |

#1, instead of a pedal parking brake and a column shifter it got a floor shifter and a center console lever parking brake....id love to have the australian market center console |

#5, every gen III Taurus in the US except the SHO had a column shifter.....i would absolutely hate having a damn column shift in the taurus....the van was ok cuz it was a big fuckin van....i could rig it all up with an australian center console....thatd be freakin sweet....except id never want to dish out the cash for it |
