The Audi 50 didn't last on the market very long... but, ironically, what it was hastily rebadged as for VW did much better... we know it now as the Polo. :)

Yeah, no, in case my first post was a bit confusing, this vehicle started life AS an Audi.... and was later rebadged as the VW Polo.

Weird, I found an article on this car on wikipedia a few weeks ago while browsing the Audi section and I also thought it was rabbit/1st gen Golf based.
