#3, it was the EVO turning out of a community and the STi was racing another car. The other car (IIRC it was an SRT4) fled the scene. Driver was later arrested and charged with a hit and run and fleeing an accident scene.

So, it wasn't a street race but one of the cars involved was racing and none of this contridicts the description. Thanks for playing champ.
