#2, I'd be more impressed by a stock one than another cookie-cutter hot rod/street rod/whatever else sucks and ends in "rod". Those sorts of things have always struck me as a case of "let's add a bunch more power and then modify the suspension in a way that makes it even worse to drive!" :p |

That sort of stuff pops up at a lot of car shows. Heck, my sister, father and I went to the Turkey Rod Run a couple years back, and it got kind of boring seeing one Chevelle or Mustang after another. :/ It seems like nobody keeps and shows the really unusual stuff from any era. :(

I passed a '29 Model A two-door sedan on the highway the other day...black with tan wheels and interior, all stock and cherry. They never really fail to impress me, especially when I see them driving.
As for the hot rods, I don't care for the more modern type, but I love a nice traditional hot rod. That black highboy on the right with an Ardun-headed full-house flathead (or maybe an early OHV Cadillac with a LaSalle 3 speed) would kick ass. |

its a reason why i like my car. even though its really nothing spectacular. it stands out in a crowd. even with bad paint and interior. there are a few around these parts but mine is the only L-type ive seen. in a few years when Mk2s become even rarer(and when its in show worthy shape) i think itd stand out nicely among 3rd gen camaros and foxbodies. |

Honestly, if I go to the pre-war section of a car show I want to see really obscure stuff....Whippets, Willys-Knights, Chandlers, Gardners, Stars, Hupmobiles, Essex Terraplanes, and so on. At least throw in the odd Oldsmobile or Packard. |

I don't think they'll ever be rare, either. I remember when I was a little kid, every other car on the road was a Corsica, Beretta, or Lumina. It used to amaze me even then how many I saw every day.
Perhaps they'll be the Model As of tomorrow. |

#11, He's refering to the Supra. We got that particular model in two trims, L and P types, with P-type being the sportier model.

Yeah, it's confusing, since you've still got a Beretta listed as "Car You Drive". |
