#2, If he took the plate off, he'd have to change the front bumper. It has a molded in-mounting bracket for the plate.

#4, Given that the car has Illinois plates, and Illinois is relatively close to Ohio, and Ohio grows a lot of corn and soybeans and has a similar climate, and ADM is a big producer of food products and ingredients like corn syrup, I would venture a guess that there's a good chance you're right.
