I think this is one of the most half-assed digital backgrounds I've seen from GM publicity photos. I like how on this turbine car they've masked off the glass reflections with simple Photoshop gradients.
Another car with a similarly created background.

One interesting thing to note, even with his massive and incredibly eclectic collection, Jay Leno does not own, nor has he ever owned, a single Ferrari.

Apparently, though he deeply respects the cars and their beauty/performance, he has a deep distaste for how Ferrari deals with and interacts with its current and potential clientele. From what I can gather, he finds the whole, "Ferrari must approve you to be an owner of [limited edition model]" deal to be ludicrous to the point of being insulting.

IIRC, he's said something along the lines of, "I don't want to be required to have owned 3 Mondials just to have the privilege to own a Testarossa." …based on the models he name-checks, I imagine this is probably close to an actual experience he had long ago.
