Wow, 1912 (according to the sticker). This one is likely the bodystyle Ford called the "Torpedo Runabout."
All 1912 Model Ts were painted dark blue (black starting in 1913), so this obviously is not the original color. That seat upholstery and stitching doesn't look stock, either.
