Midori no Hibi (Midori Days) It's... very twisted. A guy wakes up to find that his right hand has transformed into the miniature version of a girl who has a crush on him... This scene is from a later episode where they change places (now he is HER right hand), so she goes to an action figure store to buy some clothes for him, and this is when she comes to the G.I.Joe section... (Yes, he's the one making the angry face)

#4, Also, the show has an uncomfortable amount of bare-tittage. WAAAAYYY too much fanservice. But otherwise, the show is fucking hilarious... Oh, one particularly disturbing scene... the guy is going to the bathroom, and he says, "This is pretty tough to do with my left hand" (She, as his right hand, is hiding behind his back) But then she pops out from behind and says, "Let me help!"
