#5, Yes. If your handy with cars they're pretty easy to maintain and reliable - parts are scarce though.

#6, And how about driving? Especially in traffic? I know it's purely theoretical but still, I'm curious. Would I be able to dirve to the shop on the other side of town and get back relatively fuss free? And without risking a beat down from angry drivers because I couldn't reach 50kph?

#8, I'm thinking about what this is. Drum brakes, cable operated. This is probably OK for the speeds it reaches... but that depends on how much does that weight. Engine... around 40hp? It's probably really large and the revs are low, maybe it has decent torque? Transmission probably 3 speed, non-synchronized (I'd probably kill it on my first drive).
