This thing has 245,000 miles on it and failed the emissions test. Last test on record is 2002; oddly enough there are no failures listed, which makes me curious about the DMV tag on the rear window. Perhaps the owner went to DMV for a temporary use permit after storing the car for a long time (number 9 makes it valid for September, this was shot at the end of October).
