I devised and shot an emergency vehicle safety PSA for the last station I worked at, with the cooperation of the local police and ambulance service. The police loaned a Maxima of this generation (it was a confiscated drug car about to go up for auction), white with blue cloth interior and an automatic transmission. It was in really great shape, even with about 150,000 miles on it.

The local college kid we got to drive the car for the "interior shots" had to go to work early, so we shot those scenes first and I doubled for him on the outside driving shots....the car drove really nice. If I had to buy a boring used sedan, this is probably what I'd look for.

Saw 5 92-95 Taurii in a small parking lot once, and not too long ago saw 3 4th gen sedans next to a 1st gen Taurus wagon.
