Proportions make it look as if it was based on a Beetle... this is just so stupid looking it makes you want to pull a Grave Digger and flip it over as spectacularly as possible.

It's not really based on anything... it's a wacky, one-off plexiglass or fiberglass body on a purpose-built racing tube chassis.

Though, looking at it, maybe they started out with the basic shape of a Beetle and moved on from there.

I miss the days of monster trucks with ingenuity with their designs technically and visually... i'm really really bored of these trucks running on production chassis which all are the same underneith the fibreglass body.
Damn it. I now hate modern monster trucks. old school ftfw.
