even a car bend up car like the vette from the movie "con air "got doped from 30feet can still be fixed

Well, we don't see the frame, hard to tell, but from the picture, only the rear panel seem to need to be changed, all the rest need a good paint job, but is still salvageable.

technically it might be salvagable, but almost certainly it wouldn't be worth the effort, since by the time you got it fixed, it would be like 10% original.

"saveable" in this case means saveable by a modest wrench-turner with a modest budget, sure, if money was no issue, ANY car can be saved...... but this one may only be reborn as a tubed out drag car
