#1, Skoda.
All that sticker budget would be better spent prepping the car for KW Berg Trophy or one of million amateur events the Czech are blessed with. Yes, you can race such car, and they were raced in the past.

I actually considered one of these when I was starting out with rallying, as these are RWD. Took me about a full minute to figure out what a mistake that would be.
