Description:
Nissan Figaro. Fugly little piece of shit that seems to be breeding across Britain. These things are getting to be common as muck.

I'd sport it. It's ugly, but the quirky kind of ugly I like, sorta like the Pacer.

I'd take a Pacer over this any day.

Am I crazy or was this car designed to look like the Datsun 1600?

#6, A bit more bulbous and rounded, but yeah, I see similarities... that is, if we're talking about the 1600 Fairlady, and not the 1600 sedan.

I'm glad I managed to snag one of the Cars ones... it's like the only Figaro diecast available for a reasonable price.

These are now 25 years old... and if I had the money and space, I'd be obsessed with owning one.

#10, I was just looking on a Japanese used car export site. I saw a black one listed for a decent price: http://www.japan-partner.com/Auto/2...r-for-sale.html

I also saw a AZ-1, a Cappuccino (with an automatic, strangely), two Beats, a Be-1, and at least three Toyota Seras.

#11, It actually doesn't look too bad in black.

#11, damn you. I'm now looking at that site, and trying to see what the closest port of entry would be to me.

#11, God damn you... I'm actually getting a sizable payout for my leave balances at my previous job... and I could actually afford that damn car! I'm lacking the garage space though. (No way in hell would that be my primary car, and I wouldn't force the Mazda to sit outside)

#14, I wonder what a garage costs to rent? Or could you pay someone to store it for you?

#15, God... no, I can't even consider it. The cost of fixing/replacing anything if the time came would be a nightmare...

#16, This is true. :( I've often wondered what it would be like to own something JDM/Euro/gray market, then I remember my friend's R33 debacle. He bought it in Canada, but still.

The Toyota Sera, however... that's an intriguing proposition, since, mechanically, it's just a Tercel...

#19, *nods*

The components in those doors, however... God help you if they break.
