i really dont think this is a true parnelli, doesnt have the black decal covering the top of the trunklid, the boss on the tail is cheezy, and i believe the parnelli has the license plate between the taillights

#1, It does say "California Concepts" on the right side of the trunklid, they're a local-ish company that does custom work (bolt-on crap) to vehicles, usually full-size GM pickups/SUVs, 300/Charger/Magnums, and Mustangs. This could very well be a standard GT that they put various Boss parts on from the Ford Racing catalog.
