well, if the lcd swiveled, it'd be much easier to take a photo like http://riceornot.ricecop.com/?auto=7355 cause aiming a camera at your eye, while "posing" correctly, is hard, especially when in macro mode and holding the camera 3 inches from your face

if the lcd swiveled...as in, it could flip around so its facing the same way as the lens

Nice camera.. I have the Sony DSC-S50 here. Older model but then again I did get it 2 years ago. Swiveling LCD included ;)

I don't use it to take pictures with, got a Olympus digital camera for that, and I've got plenty of webspace from my internet provider..
