I believe the Jota Americana was actually a limited-run dealer-special vehicle... not just one individual owner fucking up his own car.

Well, I'll be damned. It is a special edition Jota. But it didn't look that great. I would of asked the owner some more questions, but he was a prick. He wouldn't even look at you when asking him a question, only nodded yes or no.

Hell, from what I can gather, these cars' modifications were never officially endorsed by Lamborghini...

#4, That should be grounds for suing then. Although if that's the case, then half of the dealers up here would be sued for making their own "special editions" as well.

#5, Well, with copywright law, there's the caveat that once a vehicle is in the hands of its purchaser, they can modify it however they want. The dealers technically "own" the Lamborghinis...

I said Lamborghini never endorsed the modifications, but that doesn't mean they have any legal right to prevent them.
