I thought "T-bone" was when the other car hits *between* the front and rear-wheels? ...not just anywhere on the side of the car?

It looks like the NSX only got hit in the side of the front-bumper / front-wheel area.

thisll buff out. the suspension/chassis still seems to be true (at least on this side), nothing some fresh panels cant fix.

#1, This is true. The two cars impact in what would look like a "T" shape from overhead, hence "T-bone."
