Where do you keep finding these things? In my whole LIFE I've never run accross a real Peugeot, and maybe just 1 Renault that was running when I saw it.

#1, I live in California. People like weird cars here.

...Why else would there be more Priuses sold here than practically anywhere else? >.>

My friend thought I was weird when I freaked out about being passed by a 405 on a highway a while back... to her it probably seemed like just another boring 4-door sedan.

[edit] Now that I think about it, my G20's styling is somewhat similar to the 405's...

#3, I never noticed that. I think the 405 is much more wedge-ish and angular-ish than a G20/Primera.
BTW have I ever mentioned I think the pre-face lift 406 is one of the prettiest cars in the world?

Seen a few 505s around, haven't seen a Renault in several years.

the Alliances and Encores used to be evrywhere

Then there's that DS in my town.....

The last Renault I remember seeing was a white Alliance....in 1992.

#6, There is one left in town here, a red Alliance that is some college student's transportation, I see it in the same lot every day, same space, but it disappears during each term break, one of these years, it probably won't be back.
