Description:
Going back 22-years... the four midsize USDM sedans whose nameplates are still being used today (and aren't alphanumeric-soup names)...
Sonata, Taurus, Camry, Accord...
Though, I just know I've probably forgotten one... |

#4, That's why I was hesitant to post the Galant. In 1988, it was a "compact". Only after 2004, it became a midsize I think. |

The Jetta is a trunk'd version of the Golf; I'd say it's a compact. |

#9, Passat is considered full-sized, as far as I know. I could be wrong.
The Jetta is based on the Golf, but it's not significantly smaller than the likes of a Taurus. |

I've seen one of those Sonatas in the past 5 years, Eagle Premiers are equally as rare. |
