#1, Left as it was, 20 years from now this still would have been a rare historic vehicle of interest to anyone with an interest in cars or the mid twentieth century.

Now, 20 years from now, it'll just be another dated custom pearl and billet showpiece that nobody cares about and the owner won't be able to give away. Seriously, which do people want more now: A show-quality stock 1963 split window Corvette, or the black Pro Street one that Rod Saboury built out of a show-quality stocker (http://farm5.staticflickr.com/4028/...5cf_z.jpg?zz=1) back in the late '80s?

This car will simply go the way of that one....forgotten and possibly parted out, the world with one fewer piece of history as the only long-term result.
