Reminds me of the opening to the first season of "Law and Order"

In the Criminal Justice System of Gotham City the people are represented by three separate, yet equally important groups. The police who investigate crime, the District Attorneys who prosecute the offenders, and the Goddamn Batman. These are their stories.

Again... car chase!
Hooniverse had an interesting article on American cars in Poland. They only mentioned cinema inspiration as one of the reason so many US cars were imported in the 90s. I would think it was a much more major factor, but maybe not: I would surely import this over a fucking Geo Storm or a Ford Windstar >_<

I saw a LeBaron coupe of this generation a couple nights ago and mistook it for a Diplomat coupe. Nice find.

I almost bought a slant-six powered tan LeBaron coupe of this gen instead of my Camaro. A year or so later, I ended up with a slant-six powered tan 1978 Dodge Aspen SE coupe as a project.

#5, Yep. And Pontiac Trans Sports, US specs Focii (what the fuck, seriously?), first gen Chrysler Sebrings and other useless trash. Maybe 'trash' is too harsh but given the choice, would you import something rare/interesting/fast or a 4 cylinder Eclipse?

#8, ..wow. On the same token you'd probably have the same reaction about someone importing a Renault Twingo or Citroen AX or Ford Escort Ghia.

#9, Twingo I could maybe understand, it is a rather unique design. Citroen AX only if 4x4. Ford Escort if late model only if cubed.

Yeah, I would rock a Twingo.

#8, I saw multiple Euro-spec early Sebring convertibles and a Chrysler Neon in Germany 4 years ago. And a yellow V6 Mustang with American Racing wheels on the autobahn.

#11, Hmmm... next year I'd be able to legally import a 1st-generation Renault Twingo and slap classic car plates on it... not saying I would... but I could...
