Reverse Google image search reveals it as a "Zunder 1500", sold in Argentina, aparently.

[edit] Fiberglass body, powered by a Porsche 356 engine. 200 built in 1963, with more planned for 1964, but the company folded in late '63. Porsche actually officially supported the project, and before the end, Zunder was working on a prototype based on the Karmann Ghia platform.
