OH my that is hideous. The car is pretty bad from the factory, but loose the inevitably illegal (or just stupid if not) vinyl over the rear windows, and do I see a Mitsu emblem on the sunroof? Geesh.
I'd take the bicycle.

What the fudge mrmcmunkee, that car is nice. It looks better with clear turn signals and the tag is pretty cool. I like that new light blue that mitsu sells with the 2002 eclipse

does the license plate say "NO PGENS" = no pigeons? haha, if so, thats a great spinoff from the TLC's song "no scrub"
