A solid "5" on the Brodozer scale. Beyond that, it starts to get tacky.

#2, Pretty optimistic price for a nearly 20 year old truck, especially one in less than perfect condition. |

#3, Sure it's a high-mileage - mass-produced pickup from a company that doesn't have a sterling reputation for build quality - but all the mods he's done to an 18 year old truck have only made it appreciate in market value! Just add up the total cost of all the modifications - and tack that price onto the best market price you can find on KBB.
Nevermind those bone heads who tell you that modifying a truck doesn't increase it's market value in the same was as modifying a house does. This truck is clearly worth the asking price. |

#6, It ought to - but thanks to Obama - old cars and trucks don't appreciate in value like they used to.
However - if it weren't for Obama and twitter - this truck would be worth more - so in a way - it's actually a bargain for $13K! I'd make an offer quickly because I'm sure the seller is getting loads of texts and emails every hour! |
