I honestly have no idea. It looks like something designed for a developing market, which had me searching car industries around the world. That lead me to a site called "China Car History," which I've found myself completely lost in for about an hour now.

I've been searching everything Maruti/Suzuki since yesterday but the finer details never quite lined up. Thought it had to be an early prototype for the Maruti 800 or a competitor. Go figure I cheated, too. I wonder if this car has no speed limiter.
