It's a then-unfinished art car called the "One Eyed Wonder".

The more I look at the door, and its trim line, and shape of the gasflap, I'm even more confident now that it's a 2nd-gen Ranger.

#4, I'm thinking this is after the one eye phase considering picture quality, and door being half cut, where the door is complete on the weird artcar
