#2, Nice to hear it's still easy on fuel even without the electric drivetrain gubbins.

I like this a lot. It's a very nice looking little truck.

#4, Agreed on it being all about perspective. When I first started driving the BMW I inherited from my father, I was appalled by its gas mileage. As it was almost the exact same width and length as the CX-3, I incorrectly assumed its fuel efficiency wouldn't be that much worse, but h'oh boy... with the CX-3 I get 30mpg when driven the way I normally do (i.e. like an asshole), or upwards of 40mpg if care is taken.

The BMW? Driven carefully on a good day, it returned about 25mpg... if I was a bit... spirited, the efficiency would drop into the teens.

I actually considered getting one of these, but they were in high demand at the time, and it was next to impossible to find one that wasn't loaded and priced well over $30k.

#7, Would you consider getting one as a used car one now?

#9, Just curious as to why? Concerns about the long-term reliability/complexity of such a powertrain?

#10, Yep. Too mechanically complicated.

#10, after having a C-Max, and parents had an unreliable Bronco (not a hybrid, but still), yeah I feel that.
