Yeah according to the law, but there are other factors. |

will if you really want to get down to it, it was the dog that ran out in the road and just stood there |

So, let me get this: You swerved to avoid a dog and hit another car? |

no the cougar had stopped for the dog and i didn't realize that it was stopped until it was to late (i just seen brakelights and though they were slowing down cause of traffic). i ended up hitting them at like 15-25mph |

My wife's Sunfire got rear-ended by a Grand Prix on Saturday, it's not much damage though. The woman in the GP said "A motorcycle was tailgaiting me and I didn't stop in time." What a dumb excuse. |

Ouch. It could've been worse, though. The only real accident I've ever been in happened while my father was driving. An old Chevy Celebrity wagon was stopped in the opposite lane, about to make a left-hand turn, and a guy hit him from behind, sending him into our lane of traffic. We hit him going 20-30 mph, folded his car in half (injuring some of the occupants), and shortened our less-than-a-month-old Nissan Maxima about 6". |

I've been hit head on (70MPH crash), been rear-ended and in the middle of a 5 car pileup. None my fault. I'm a pro!!! |

damn mr_mcmunkee that you are, and it got fixed so it really didn't suck that bad, i just can never really make a show car out of it now(not that i would have in the first place) since you can still see where the frame was warped |

about a year and half ago, right now the only thing wrong with my car is the lack of a tranny |
